Customer Service Skills Assessment

This assessment is targeted to individuals who are considering vocational options in the field of customer service and measures current knowledge in a number of related areas. It begins with an interactive computerized test of the client’s knowledge of customer service principles. The second component is a test of basic computational math skills. Finally, the individual’s proficiency in the entire MS Office Suite of software applications is assessed, along with keyboarding and numeric data entry skills. Results are reported and recommendations made through a comprehensive written report.

Accounting Clerk Assessment

This evaluation provides a measure of an individual’s overall knowledge of basic accounting principles and related software applications. It includes an assessment of the client’s proficiency in Simply Accounting, QuickBooks, Quicken, MS Excel, and MS Access. The client will also perform a standardized test to assess numerical aptitude, an interactive computerized test that measures knowledge of bookkeeping skills, and a data entry test. Results are reported and recommendations made through a comprehensive written report.

Office Clerical Assessment

Targeted to individuals who wish to pursue employment in an administrative office setting, this assessment measures proficiency in the entire MS Office Suite of software applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, Internet Explorer, and Windows), as well as keyboarding and data entry speed and accuracy. Additionally, the client will perform a standardized numerical aptitude test, an interactive computerized assessment of e-mail etiquette, and a test of the client’s ability to follow written instructions. Handling phone systems, filing, faxing, and operating other office equipment can be evaluated as necessary. Results are reported and recommendations made through a comprehensive written report.
